Plaza Premium Lounge Access at Dubai International Airport: Terminal 3 Departures

The food was amazing and a lot to choose from. I was there for dinner and breakfast which were both superb. And the shower facilities were absolutely amazing, perfect water pressure and very clean.

Was a great respite after a 17.5 hour flight from New Zealand a chance for a shower and a chance to relax with some food and a drink in a relaxing lounge.

A great place to hangout for 3 hours between flights in Dubai airport. The lounge is a little isolated from the main airport bend situated in concourse A, albeit if you have a flight in another part of the terminal, the journey to and fro helps put some more time in! When I arrived the lounge was very busy and I struggled to find somewhere to sit as other reviews highlight - once I did, it was quiet and a great place to chill before flying. There were ample facilities and different food and drink options available. I could even have had a shower although this seemed to be extremely popular! Later in my visit to the lounge it quietened down and was a lot more relaxing - all round very good value for money and I would definitely reccomend it!

Initially I presumed lounge access would be beyond my price range but was really surprised when I saw a discounted rate online. After my flight from Sydney and facing a 5hr layover, I was welcomed at reception and shown where to book my shower. The shower room was clean and the hot water and fluffy towel was very welcome. However the 20min time limit wasn't advised and only when I saw the notice in the shower room I realised there wouldn't be enough time for me to wash and dry my hair and redo make up. That wasn't a problem on this occasion. At 5.30am there was still a choice of seating area and a good choice of food at the buffet. The machine made surprisingly good cappuccino! I was delighted when a staff member suggested I might like to relocate seating to a booth with a spotlight - she had seen I was doing some embroidery and thought I might appreciate more light. My 3 hour stay was just right and the lounge was very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Also a bonus was my gate was only a 5min walk away. I would recommend the Plaza Premium lounge for transmitting through Dubai and will definitely book again. Thank you

Very nice place to relax whilst waiting for your next flight. Food very fresh and plentiful. everyone working there were very friendly. Barman could have been a bit more forthcoming with the wine.
