Vår guide Anna var helt fantastisk!!! Hon var otroligt kunnig, hon levandegjorde museets innehåll och fick oss att leva med människorna som levde i Krakow under okupationen. Hon kunde koppla till andra tidsperioder, andra länder och historiska skeenden. Hon ställde utvecklande frågor, gav olika möjliga tolkningar om varför människor agerat som de gjorde. Hon var dessutom duktig på att ta hand om gruppen, informera om upplägget, pedagogiskt förklara vad som skulle ske och hur lång tid olika delar skulle ta. En helt oförglömlig upplevelse!

Visite très intéressante. Nous sommes francais et nous avons trouvé que la guide parlait trop vite anglais. Nous avions parfois du mal à suivre. Nous n avons pas pu visiter la pharmacie de l aigle qui était fermée à 17 h15, heure de la fin du circuit. La visite au musée aurait dû commencer plus tôt pour permettre la visite de la pharmacie. Nous ne pourrons pas y retourner.

It was nice to hear the timeline and stories while going through the museum, didn't have enough time to read everything in the exhibits but that's okay because there was alot of information to cover. The walking tour was nice, learned lots of valuable things that wouldn't have otherwise known- tour guide is passionate, educated, and kind.

Our guide Michal was great and made the experience awesome. He was very friendly and shared lots of interesting facts about the history of Poland, but current situation as well, the discussions with him were very pleasant. The tour was interesting and we learnt lots of new stuff.
