What to bring

• Keep in mind food and drinks are not allowed inside the play areas.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional Information

• Facilities: baby-changing rooms and nursing rooms.

• Tickets are valid for 2-hour slots; arrive on time.

• Add-on tickets for seasonal exhibits can be purchased on-site.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult, and adults must be with a child to enter.

• Purchase toddler tickets for children between 12-23 months directly at the venue.

• Children under the height of 0.9m (2.95ft) are not allowed to enter Toshi's Nets. Children over the height of 1.5m (4.92ft) may be allowed at the discretion of the OliOli® team.
