Amazing place for both adults and kids. My babyboy enjoyed it and was allowed to enter for free because he is 21 months old. And then we booked the dolphin encounter which was the cherry on top. Super fun and we could not resist just smiling this whole.timr we were there. Highly recommend this place to bihr residents and tourists. You cannot miss this spot. It's a must!

I went to the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and it was honestly amazing. The tunnel was my favorite part because sharks and huge rays were swimming right above us and it felt like being underwater for real. The aquarium tank is massive and there are so many different fish to see. The underwater zoo part was also really cool and I liked seeing animals you don’t normally see. Everything was clean and easy to walk around and the staff were nice too. If you’re at Dubai Mall you should definitely check it out because it’s really fun and totally worth it.

It was a mistake to book the tkts through headout and not directly through Burj Khalifa online . We booked 3 tkts .One of us couldn't board the flt due to the birthdate on the passport. There were no cancellation available for the third tkt or to get credit and use it for other attractions.

Belle expérience, un peu cher par contre pour la vue, mais je le recommande. Achetez vos billets tôt, ça coute moins cher et j'ai combinné avec l'aquarium que j'ai adoré. Si vous avez un bon budget, vous pouvez même faire de la plongée avec les requins, raies et poissons.

The experience began inside the Dubai Mall, where a very well-organized entrance area guided us through interactive displays about the tower´s construction and records. The atmosphere already felt special, with subtle lighting and modern design creating anticipation. After a quick security and ticket control, a short queue led us to the high-speed elevator. During the ascent, the elevator´s multimedia ceiling and softly changing lights enhanced the sensation of rapid vertical movement - reaching the observatory deck in less than 60 seconds. When the doors opened, we stepped into a bright panoramic space with floor-to-ceiling glass. At first, the view feels surreal: the city appears miniature, with highways, skyscrapers, and the desert stretching to the horizon. The highlight comes when stepping close to the glass - or onto the outdoor terrace: Looking straight down from over 400 meters creates a thrilling mix of awe and perspective. In that instant, the scale of Dubai - and the extraordinary height of the Burj Khalifa - truly sinks in, turning the visit into a memorable emotional peak rather than just a sightseeing stop. A moment that I will never forget.

What's not allowed

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

Re=entry is not permitted.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.
