Staff were warm and friendly. They were also really helpful to my daughter and I with the ponchos and one staff even helped my daughter put the poncho on. Pleasant smiles going both on a off the boat. It was an incredible experience. My daughter and I stood on the bottom deck right at the front. She is 11 and it was her first time at the Falls. We were able to take lots of pictures and videos. The boat was full but not too crowded. Just the right amount of people and standing room. Thank you Hornblower for making it an unforgettable experience for her!

Additional information

The Hornblower Cruise is not operational during the winter months (December-April) and will be replaced by admission tickets to the Skylon Tower.

Make sure to be at the meeting location at least 10 mins before the start time of the tour.

Carry a waterproof bag with you for the experience to keep your electronics and valuables safe.

Wear a waterproof jacket and comfortable footwear for the tour.

Children aged two and under can participate in this experience for free.
