Fast track worked no problem, wax works amazing. Only problem was the other folk there. Very slow at exhibitions but tutting at others to get out way, no patience or manners. The Jurassic show was great fun

Barring not knowing which door to go to even staff redirected us 4 times with different information! It was a good attraction tho very different wax works to ones I saw 10yrs ago ! Big focus on marvel and star wars etc Harry Styles and Taylor Swift rather than historical figures Enjoyed the peace and quiet of champagne bar and fast track! Was out in 90 mins prob because I didn't recognise quite a few "celebrities ' due to being older than most its targeted at. Interesting day and enjoyable if u can cope with milling crowds

You can update the review like this: This was my third visit to Madame Tussauds London, and it was just as enjoyable as ever. This time, I had the pleasure of visiting with my parents, which made the experience even more special. The fast-track tickets made entry quick and smooth, allowing us to make the most of our day. The wax figures were incredibly realistic, and the interactive exhibits kept everyone engaged. My parents thoroughly enjoyed seeing their favourite celebrities and historical figures. The attraction was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A wonderful family experience and a memorable part of our London trip. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The train trqvel is magnificient.it was expected. The staff were nice and professional.the dummy look real,especially mbappe & kane. Seeing the royal family is surrel and chilling.i love the total experience.

Easy process of getting the tickets along with tickets of Tower of London being on the same app made it very convenient

We got there at the advertised time of 9am but got told by the venue staff that it didn't open till 10am. Also, there are no names against the wax people so sometimes you don't know who the person is. I thought the fast track ticket was worth it.
