Le aspettative erano alte perché ho atteso anni e il film Disney è uno dei miei preferiti, core memory della mia infanzia. Ma è stato tutto una grande emozione, fin dall'iconica scena di apertura. Dalla bellezza del piccolo teatro, con un palco strutturato ingegnosamente per tutte le scenografie, agli attori bravissimi, espressivi e fedeli ai personaggi originali, ironici quanto basta. Molte battute prese dal film e anche alcune frasi originali, ho particolarmente apprezzato i riferimenti alla cultura africana e Rafiki parlare a tratti in lingua originale. Bello tutto, ho acquistato del merchandise per sostenerli perché se lo meritano. Menzione d'onore per l'orchestra. Ho preso i biglietti in alto perché meno costosi e lo spettacolo è stato molto godibile. Unica pecca del teatro la mancanza di aria condizionata nei bagni, faceva un caldo soffocante. Molte scalinate, non so se c'è accessibilità per persone con disabilità motoria.

The Lion King was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. The performances were outstanding, with incredible singing, acting, and choreography that brought the story to life in a truly magical way. The costumes and stage design were breathtaking, and the way the animals were portrayed was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The live orchestra and powerful music created an emotional atmosphere that gave me goosebumps several times throughout the show. Every scene was executed with remarkable precision and passion. It wasn’t just a musical, it was a spectacular artistic experience that exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London, regardless of age. A truly world-class performance that I’ll remember for a long time

Un spectacle époustouflant, haut en couleurs, en humour et en émotions. Un beau mélange bien dosé de performances entre la danse, le théatre, la musique et le chant. Des décors et costumes incroyables, une mise en scène magnifique. Un grand BRAVO aux artistes et à toutes les personnes qui ont contribué à cette belle réussite. J'ai passé un moment magique avec ma fille. Un grand premerciement aussi à la personne de l'entrée du Muséutbeaþrrç pour avoir été compréhensive et adorable. Bref. Un petit bijou Je ne mettrai pas de photos car je n'en ai pas prises, préférant profiter pleinement du spectacle et du moment présent ( hakuna matata)

The show was wonderful, beautiful, and creative—the best I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately, however, during the performance, a mouse was running around near the front rows close to the stage. It was deeply distressing. We paid so much money, only to sit with our legs tucked up, feeling disgusted by a loose mouse under the stage. I don't understand why the venue's maintenance isn't taken care of and why mouse traps aren't set. I expected proper value for the tickets I paid for, not an experience

From the first few seconds the show was magical. Every scene was an amazing joy- and truly beautiful in colors textures and shapes. The production as a production was very very good. The actors were excellent. The choreography was exceptional. Really the best show we have seen - a SHOW. Real entertainment. Cannot say enough good things about the show. My impression was that everyone in the audience felt the same.

The story

The Lion King was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. I loved the unique concept and the incredible creativity behind the costumes and stage design. The technical execution was truly impressive, bringing the story to life in a magical way. The music was absolutely beautiful and gave me goosebumps throughout the performance. A spectacular show that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting London!

As it was the matinee for the lion king, it was full of children and big groups from schools. The show was fantastic and the venue was very comfortable, the air-conditioning was working really well despite being so hot in the streets these days. The view from the grand circle is great you can see from the pictures (G-1 seat). A booster seat was provided for my little niece, so kind from the staff. Thanks

The performances were very good. The iconic songs were timeless. At the stalls, you will truly feel immersed as the actors pass through the aisles during the performances. However, be warned about sitting at the stalls: a tall guy or a couple of chitchatters in front could have you craning your neck left and right. That was just my luck at seat V26.

Great performance! Absolutely not to miss. The very beginning is quite astonishing, with the huge jungle animals arriving through the stalls. Incredible voices. Beautiful music. We were in front of great great artists. Everything perfect. Unfortunately no photos allowed. I made just one at the end of the show!
