Getting started
Begin with a hotel pickup from selected Cairns accommodations and travel to Smithfield Terminal before continuing by coach to Freshwater Railway Station. Board the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway to Kuranda, enjoy free time in the village, then continue by guided coach to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures before returning to Cairns. Your experience includes Hartley’s entry, live commentary from a local guide, and a lunch voucher for Lilypad Café.

The Kuranda Scenic Rail is wheelchair and pram/ stroller accessible. Please note only small folding strollers (no higher than 25cm when folded) can be accommodated onboard the carriages.

Note: Your transfer between Smithfield Terminal and Freshwater Railway Station may take place on the same coach from Cairns or on a separate connecting coach, depending on operational requirements. Your onboard guide will assist you with all transfer details and directions on the day.
