You'll gear up in protective clothing—including a helmet, gloves, and face shield—ensuring you're fully prepped to smash in total safety. Once you're suited up, you're handed your smashing tools and led to your private rage room.

What to expect: Step into your destruction zone, where everything from glassware to electronics is ready to be obliterated. Feel the adrenaline kick in as you start smashing, stomping, and throwing with zero consequences. A curated rage playlist amps up the mood, turning your session into a cathartic, high-energy release. It’s just you and the wreckage—no distractions, no judgment.

Once you’ve smashed it all, cool down, gear off, and walk out lighter—no mess, just pure stress relief and fun.

What to bring: Valid photo ID (for age verification), a copy of your booking confirmation, comfortable clothing ( jeans or long pants), and closed-toe shoes.

What’s not allowed: Open-toe shoes or sandals, entry without signing the waiver form, unaccompanied minors (under 16 without an adult, or under 13 without a legal guardian for the Whoopee variant), outside items to smash (unless pre-approved or part of a donation).

Accessibility

Each room accommodates 3–4 people, but accessibility for mobility aids is not guaranteed.

Participants must be physically able to swing objects and move freely.

Additional information

Minimum age is 5 years for the Whoopee package, 16+ with adult supervision, and 18+ for solo participation.

Each session lasts 30 minutes.

All participants must sign a waiver form before the activity.

All items used are recycled from junkyards, promoting eco-conscious smashing.

Sessions take place in private rooms, creating a safe and contained environment for stress relief and relaxation.
