Wir hatten eine tolle Betreuung von unserem Reiseleiter und dem Fahrer. Quasi individuell, konnten Fragen stellen und bekamen alles beantwortet. Toll. Auch die Schifffahrt war sehr personalisiert für uns. Witzig und interessant. Einfach klasse.

This was a very nice tour of Hamburg. We got to see many interesting areas of the city, which is why we typically enjoy a Hop On Hop Off experience on our first day in a new city. The recorded audio tour commentary was well done and included interesting anecdotes about the city, culture and population. Our only suggestions are1. to get better descriptions of the exact locations of the stops (we had trouble finding the correct location - but saw the bus and were able to catch it!) and 2. to figure out a way to insure that the audio track synchs with the bus position.

Meglio parlare di ciò che non ha funzionato. Orario dichiarato non è stato rispettato e la guida sulla barca parlava solo tedesco. Non c'era nemmeno un produttore di lingua inglese. Quindi esperienza nel complesso sufficiente ma non la consiglierei
