Die kenntnisreiche, informative und durchaus humorvolle, wenn auch nicht immer ganz treffsichere und gelegentlich altbackene Ehefrauen-Gags einflechtende Führung durch den Hafen hat sehr gefallen.
Negativ und unverständlich die 30min verspätete Abfahrtszeit: Die Abfahrt war bei Buchung und in der App mit 15.30h angegeben, zu der man früher erscheinen sollte. Die Abfahrt erst 16Uhr, ohne das zu kommunizieren, ist nicht gut und wirkt unseriös.

Amazing tour! Goes around the major landmarks in Hamburg and the guide recording explains everything in detail also giving fun facts about the city and its inhabitants. For example, Helmut Schmidt's smoking habits (the only photo taken of him when he was not holding a cigarette was that taken when he was born!), the multiculturalism of Hamburg, how the city changed over the years, where people normally gather on weekends and how their habits change between summer and winter are all highlighted. Do recommend!!!

- Das Online-Ticket funktionierte im Bus nicht, man konnte es dort nicht ausdrucken
- Ohne ausgedrucktes Ticket wollte man uns nichts auf ein Schiff lassen
- Nette Mitarbeiter waren dann aber sehr hilfreich und kulant und nach viel Mühe liess man uns dann doch noch auf ein Schiff.
- Die Touren (Bzs und Schiff) waren sehr interessant und die Guides waren super!

Mi ha meravigliato moltissimo la totale fiducia che la municipalità di Amburgo dimostra nei confronti dei suoi cittadini e dei turisti. Non abbiamo mai trovato controlli dei biglietti e/o abbonamenti. Abbiamo usato la Hamburg card per 5 giorni per 4 gruppi ciascuno di 4 persone (in tutto 16 persone).
