I was unable to visit Dubai Safari Park as the park was closed on my booking date due to security reasons. Upon contacting the park’s customer support, I was informed that the park was closed on that day. However, I did not receive any prior notification from Headout regarding this closure. As a result, I was unable to use my booking. I have already lodged a complaint with Headout support regarding this issue. I kindly request a full refund so that I can book tickets for an alternative experience. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your prompt response.

A visit to Dubai Safari Park—especially with the Explorer Safari—is a standout experience that feels less like a traditional zoo and more like a true wildlife adventure. The 35-minute guided bus tour through the African and Asian Villages was the "pièce de résistance." Being able to see lions, tigers, giraffes, and cheetahs in large, naturalistic habitats rather than cages was incredible. It felt like we had stepped right into a scene from the Lion King! The guides were knowledgeable and shared fascinating facts that kept us engaged the whole time. A huge thank you to the well-organized staff and the conservation teams. We left with a much deeper appreciation for wildlife. Highly recommended for families, couples, and photography lovers!

Ease of booking with great discounts for subsequent bookings. Coupled with explorer safari which is the main highlight of safari park makes the deal really great. Shuttle train is a must for families with kids as the park is huge. Kids really enjoyed the explorer safari and giraffe feeding interaction.

Beautiful experience with the family. Especially the way headout manages the tickets for us. I am really impressed with the application and how seamless the process become after u have already booked tickets through them. Great application. Surely use in future as well.

Booking tickets from Headout made the experience so easy to navigate, especially as first timers in Dubai. You just scan the ticket and enter. (best part was that we can redeem any day, so we dont have to worry about not making it in time) No waiting in lines to get tickets. One suggestion I would give is to get skip the line for safari tours as there are long long lines and we had to wait 1 hr since we didn't know we had to get them separately. Overall amazing experience. Loved seeing all the animals. Our tour guide for the safari was also very sweet and kept us entertained throughout.

As you travel deeper into the park, your guide will provide informative and engaging commentary on the wildlife you encounter, sharing fascinating facts and stories about the animals and their natural habitats.

Around the world in hours

Spread over 119 hectares, the park is divided into six themed zones that house animals from countries all over the world. For instance, in the African Village, you will get to see the great African elephant, the meerkat, and more. Then, you can venture into the Asian Village where you will see the graceful cheetah, the moon bear, and the Mandarin duck, while the Arabian desert showcases the beautiful and majestic Arabian oryx. You can take your kids to The Kid's Farm, which houses cute animals like camels, goats, and sheep.

Keep in mind food & beverages, drones, feeding and teasing the animals, littering the park, alcohol, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, remote-control toys, inline skates, bicycles, or shoes with built-in wheels are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas at the venue.

Strict dress code: Wear clothes covering the shoulders and knees

Global Village: Outside food, pets, bicycles, and scooters are not allowed.

Guests must feed the animals with the food provided by the caretakers only as other types of food may be harmful to them.

Global Village: Tuesdays are family, ladies, and couples-only days (public holidays excluded).

Global Village: You’ll visit Dubai Safari Park on your selected booking date, while your Global Village ticket can be used on any day after your safari adventure.
