At the admissions desk, you’ll receive your very own letter to Santa, igniting excitement for the festive adventure ahead. Begin in Candy Cane Land, surrounded by towering candy canes and sparkling lights, as Santa’s cheerful elves guide you in writing your heartfelt letter. Next, step into the snow-filled Enchanted Forest, where shimmering frost and playful elves, Flossy and Sparkle, await. Engage in a joyful snowball fight or solve their festive puzzles as you navigate toward Santa’s Merry Mailroom.

The excitement builds as you enter Santa’s Merry Mailroom, a whirlwind of letters flying through the air and elves busily sorting gifts. Help Miracle the Mailroom Elf ensure your letter reaches Santa’s magical mailbox in time to save Christmas. Finally, step into Santa’s cozy cabin, nestled within the festive setting of the Dubai Mall Ice Rink. Here, you’ll share your letter with Santa and his Head Elf, Holly, while capturing the special moment with a professional photo. Santa rewards your efforts with a thoughtful Christmas gift, creating lasting memories. Large bags, strollers, and food/drinks are not allowed inside The Grotto.

Children aged 1 year and under can attend for free, but you will still need to reserve a ticket for them.

The event takes place from December 6th to January 5th, open daily from 10am to midnight.

Each booking has a 10-minute entry window, so be sure to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

The event lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, offering enough time to enjoy all the activities, including writing letters, meeting Santa, and exploring the magical zones.

Minimum booking is for 1 adult and 1 child, with a maximum of 5 guests per booking.
