Took the stairs to have a complete experience - amazing view of the city with the Alps in the background. And no one's rushing you off the rooftop! The inside is absolutely breathtaking; can't really put it into words. We even confused the order and went inside first but there was no problem. A must-see!

Der Transfer war völlig problemos eine ganz normaler Regionalzug mit zwei Ebenen. Nicht sonderlich voll und völlig okay von Preis her. Die Fahrt dauert ca eine Stunde. Dann endet man in Mailand Hauptbahnhof. Das ist eine Sehenswürdigkeit für sich selbst. Viel Spaß!

Le billet était conforme aux prestations vendues. Immédiatement accessible dans l'application est reconnu par les responsables sécurités du Duomo. Peut être juste préciser dans un paquet supplémentaire ou avant qu'il y a aussi la crypte archéologique et une autre salle souterraine qui n'était accessible que moyennant un supplément. Un peu déçu quand le billet comprends déjà l'église du Duomo et l'accès au toit complet. Nous reviendrons et utiliserons à nouveau le service et application :)

The Malpensa train from the airport to Milan city center is easy, convenient, and well worth it. The price is reasonable, signage in the airport makes the train very easy to find, and tickets are simple to purchase online. The train has plenty of space for luggage and seating is comfortable. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience — I would absolutely use it again and highly recommend it.

It was very very easy to locate the right platform and the train was on time at the station and journey easy into the city. Onkybissi was with the prepaid ticket and code you do not have to validate it on the platform which was not clear on the papers.

Travel by the non-stop Malpensa Express from Malpensa Airport Terminals 1 and 2 any time within 3 hours of the selected departure time.

The services depart every 30 minutes, even in the event of a strike. Reach in 51 minutes and carry as much luggage as you require for your Milan trip.

At the Duomo di Milano and its stunning Opera del Duomo Museum, take in the exquisite carvings, murals, and sculptures like the marble Marco d’Agrate.

Located 60 meters above the ground, the terraces provide a breathtaking panorama of the areas in and around the main square.

Fun Fact: The Cathedral is home to an ancient sundial that is still surprisingly accurate enough to regulate clocks in the city!

The Malpensa Express provides efficient and non-stop rail service between Malpensa Airport and Milan Central Station in 51-min. You can use these tickets any time within 3 hours of the selected departure time, offering you a greater deal of security against flight delays, etc. The train provides power outlets and also has a bar car where passengers may buy beverages and food. In the event of a strike, bus services will fulfill the same route!

Milan Cathedral, Museum & Rooftop

Initiated in 1386 and completed in the 15th century, the magnificent Gothic cathedral stands as a notable example of medieval design and construction. Nestled in the main square of Milan, Piazza del Duomo, the cathedral and the museum are all yours to explore with these tickets. Opera del Duomo displays several sculptures, paintings, and artifacts from the Middle Ages. The outside of the cathedral is covered with more than 3,000 sculptures and 135 spires, as well as elaborate murals. Keep an eye out for the formidable 13-foot tall copper statue Madonnina atop the main spire. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the city and other famous sights like the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Palazzo Reale.

Important Information

Malpensa Express

Check-in is mandatory to activate your ticket. The check-in period starts from the time your ticket is issued. If you board the train without check-in, you may be charged a fine.

Tickets can be used 3 hours from the time on your ticket on all Malpensa Express trains of the same route.

The ticket for children aged 4 to 12 years is half the price.

Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Free WiFi.

Reduced mobility benefits are provided on all Malpensa Express trains.

There is no limit on the amount of luggage you can carry.

Guide dogs can travel for free. Small animals are to be placed in a pet carrier and can travel for free.

Milan Cathedral, Museum & Rooftop

There are a lot of steps leading up to the rooftop terrace, so be sure you're wearing shoes and clothing that will allow you to climb them easily.

Please check beforehand if the Cathedral Museum will be closed for any upcoming religious holidays.

It's recommended to check the weather forecast before making plans to visit the rooftop patio.

Please remove any metal items from your pockets and open any luggage you may have in order to pass through the public security checkpoints on your way to the Cathedral.
