Solo予約確認済み2 週間前4/5It was very useful but finding the Tourist Information Office to activate the card was difficult until I was advised to go to Pl.Catalunya. The lady at the Tourist desk was very helpful, activated the card from the letter of confirmation and the QR Code, and she gave me a Metro map and marked all the routes I needed to get to my Hotel and also the Airport. It would have been useful to have a numerical code so the card could be collected at any Metro Station. Once I got the card it very useful gettng around Barcelona and how to avoid using the bus as the roads were being churned up for improvements. Again using the Metroto get to the airport takes a long time so plan ahead . Again it would have been useful to include using the Aerobus for the airport in the plan.MMr Lee M

I only took 1 star away because it waa hard to find the correct bus stop as there were many busses leaving for the city and there were no clear Aerobus signs or something to help.
