My wife and I have seen the show six times over the past few years, five times in New York and once in London. We keep bringing friends and family to see it. It is, hands down, the funniest show we've ever seen. All of the people that we've introduced to the show have said the same thing, which is why we keep bringing more.

A great comedy in a small theater which involved the audience in a truly "engaging" manner. There are many laughable surprises and some scene stealing shenanigans to delight.

The lively atmosphere. With an Audience being: in-tune: A thought engendered was how in imperfection and in Chaos there can be perfection, how that in such moments there may always be something to appreciate. One happy South African.

Watch a 1920s murder mystery totally self-destruct right in front of you where physical comedy and classic farce guarantee non-stop laughter!

Crowned Best New Comedy at the 2015 Olivier Awards, this global hit conquered both London’s West End and Broadway before taking over Off-Broadway.

Watch the fictional Cornley Drama Society literally dodge falling set pieces—book The Play That Goes Wrong New York tickets for a comedy masterclass.

Playing at New World Stages, New York Times calls it a "gut-busting hit", highly praised for its ingenious set mishaps and perfectly-timed gags.

The story

The Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society attempts to stage a 1920s murder mystery, but everything that can go wrong, does. From collapsing sets to forgotten lines and misplaced props, the actors struggle to keep the show afloat as disaster after disaster unfolds. Will the cast manage to make it to the final curtain, or will the chaos win? Prepare for a comedy of errors where the only thing certain is mayhem.

Critics reviews
