Kimberly Akimbo is an oddball musical that’s impossible not to love. There is a peculiar pleasure in watching it that perhaps could be a result of its accomplishment in pulling off a story about family and mortality. Kimberly Akimbo is unabashedly heartfelt and irresistibly hilarious.

This musical from Pulitzer Prize-winner David Lindsay-Abaire with Jeanine Tesori as the music composer, Jessica Stone as the director, and choreography by Danny Mefford make Kimberly Akimbo an outstanding show. The Story
