We recently went on a trip to Zakopane with Thousand Miles and had the pleasure of having Niko as our tour guide. He was absolutely fantastic – so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the area. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make our trip special. The weather wasn’t great, but thanks to Niko’s energy and sense of fun, it didn’t ruin our experience at all. He was super friendly, approachable, and made sure everyone felt at ease. We really appreciated that he sent us WhatsApp recommendations for places to eat, which were spot on! It’s rare to meet a guide who goes the extra mile like Niko did – he truly made the trip memorable for us. We can’t recommend Thousand Miles and Niko highly enough. Signed, Carol & Colin.

What an absolutely amazing experience! This was definitely my favorite day out! It was so well organized, nothing felt rushed! We had great weather, views, food, and drinks! The thermal pools are unreal; there’s something for everyone! Kaja was the perfect guide, she made the whole experience so stress-free and interesting with lots of tips and stories about Poland! The bus was comfy and the driver was super friendly and engaging. Kaja was really helpful in helping me find gluten-free food; she couldn't have done more. I don’t think a good review will do this trip enough justice! I can’t wait to go again and I would highly recommend it.

We had such a great time on this tour! Marco was fantastic throughout, from sending a ton of info the day before to guiding us with tons of enthusiasm (you won't meet a friendlier guy!). Pick up was super easy and the bus was way more comfy than others we've been on during tours from Krakow. Zakopane is stunning, I’d definitely suggest checking it out. From scenic views to tasty food and loads of culture to soak up. The only downside for me was that I wasn't really into the thermal baths since it felt too crowded. But I know others in the group loved it, so I guess it’s just a matter of personal taste, so don’t let that stop you!

La nostra guida Karolina e l'autista Philip ci hanno mostrato i luoghi più belli della regione con un fascino unico. Questa esperienza ci ha permesso di conoscere Zakopane nella sua gastronomia e cultura. Le sorgenti termali di Chocholow sono molto rilassanti, le consiglio al 100%. Vi consiglio di indossare scarpe e vestiti comodi, oltre a vestiti caldi a seconda della stagione.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Krakow to Zakopane Tour with Chochołów Hot Baths and Cable Car. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. Our tour guide Fabian was outstanding – incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He shared so much interesting info about the places we visited, but also had a great sense of humor that made the whole trip feel relaxed and enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure everyone in the group was comfortable and having a good time. Our driver Michael also deserves special thanks. He drove us safely and smoothly through the winding mountain roads, always with a smile and professional attitude. We felt totally at ease the whole journey, and his punctuality kept the day running smoothly. The combination of the scenic cable car ride, the relaxing hot baths, and the stunning Zakopane area made this one of the highlights of our trip to Poland. But what really made the day special was the effort and dedication of Fabian and Michael. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow – and if you’re lucky enough to have Fabian as your guide and Michael as your driver, you’re guaranteed an unforgettable day!

This tour is a must do if you're in Krakow! If you’re lucky enough to have Kaja as your guide and Michael as the driver, it’s a well-organized experience. Highly recommend this tour!! If you want to see a different side of Poland, the Zakopane & thermal baths tour by Thousand Miles Krakow was the ideal day out! Everything was so well organized from beginning to end - convenient hotel pickup, keeping us in the loop - awesome suggestions and tips, backstories of places visited, and details shared via WhatsApp in case we forgot meeting points/times. Plus, Kaja suggested lunch spots in Zakopane - saved us the hassle of finding an authentic Polish lunch - the soup & dumplings were delicious! Kaja’s super organized, helping us make the most of our time, especially with what to do at the thermal baths - perfect for us newbies! Plenty of time for your own adventures, tasting local cheese/vodka shots, souvenir shopping, and the thermal baths were definitely the highlight! You were awesome Kaja - thanks a ton for taking care of us - we absolutely loved it with you as our guide!

My partner and I just got back from the most amazing day trip to Zakopane and all the other spots included in this package! Fabian our guide was fantastic and thanks to Michael for driving us. It would be great to have more time in Chocholów to explore and take pictures (my one suggestion for the tour guides if possible!). Zakopane is a stunning place to visit and is truly breathtaking! If it’s a nice day, we really recommend paying the small fee for the toboggan ride where you get so many lovely views also, the funicular train ride is great, nice and quick, and when we went, there was little to no queue! The thermal bath spa was great too, a lovely treat to rest and recover from all the steps you’ll take while there! So glad to have spent one of my 30th birthday trip days on this tour Thanks, Fabian and Michael for making it a trip to remember!
