Was a bit worried initially as I didnt receive tickets or a QR code the night before but a word document saying we would have a 'hosted' entry. However upon arrival, we saw the headout flag and the man gave us a paper ticket and we entered without fuss. Was a very smooth transaction and the Basilica was wonderful; I would highly recommend as the ticket price was very reasonable. The Basilica is well worth the entrance fee but you won't need more than an hour for the visit.

I had my doubts before buying a ticket online, because the sheer number of websites offering them at various prices made me suspect a scam. However, the massive line to the Basilica Cistern and the rain motivated me to take action, so I simply asked the ticket agent at the skip-the-line entrance if buying on Headout was safe. Five minutes later, I had the tickets on my phone, and we were inside. The price difference of about 10 PLN, with a ticket price of 200 PLN, is nothing compared to the ability to skip the line.

How easy it was to enter hassle-free. Security staff in particular were very understanding and kind as my 2nd ticket was not scanning correctly so they brought me and my wife to one side and I showed them proof of purchase and they were happy to let comtnue to skip the line.Staff were warm and inviting.
