FamilyVerified bookingLast week4/5Very enjoyable, our driver was very friendly, turned up on time & we had a fabulous tour guide. Would highly recommend this tour and booking with this company. Be ready for lots of walking and lots of steps. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is we didn't get a time to be returned & back at the bus, as the driver said once the tour was finished the guide would advise, which wasn't the case. The end part of the tour was finished by ourselves & we didn't know what time we needed to be back to the bus, and then received a call from the company on making our way back to the bus that the bus driver was awaiting us. This needs improvement from the company to advise so people are aware. Have no fault otherwise, very enjoyable, thank youMMichael H
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The salt mines have to be one of the best visitor attractions anywhere. A great half day spent exploring an underground wonder. One area which could be improved is the communication between us and the tour operator. We had one txt and 3 emails informing us of two different pick up locations and 3 different times. This was both confusing could somewhat stressful wondering if we would make the tripJJoseph G
GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Punctual, pleasant informative driver Przemek who stayed with us until we entered the mine. Again waiting for us when tour finished. A great day out, everything professional and went like clockwork. Also sent a photo and reg of our pick up van which made life simpler.HHannah D
