Muy recomendable visitar la abadía. Aunque la hora que elijas sea las 11, al llegar hay que esperar en una cola a entrar. Cuando fui, fueron unos 10-15 minutos de espera. Al parecer la hora de la entrada es un aproximado y realmente te puedes quedar en la abadía hasta la hora de cierre. Por eso, recomiendo mirar a qué hora cierran cada día antes de sacar la entrada. La visita dura 1-2h dependiendo de cuánto te pares y dan a la entrada una audioguia gratuita con cascos en varios idiomas. También tienen asientos en distintas partes para que descanses mientras lo escuchas. Mi parte favorita es las tumbas de Isabel I, María de Escocia y el rincón de los Poetas. Una hora antes de cerrar prohíben el paso a la zona del jubileo, así que si quieres verlo organízate para no perderlo. A la salida hay una tienda de recuerdos y baños dentro del complejo. Es bastante accesible con silla de ruedas aunque necesitaríais ayuda para algunos escalones. Recomendable

We had a fantastic experience at Madame Tussauds London on Saturday, 5 September 2026! My wife and I absolutely loved it, but the best part was seeing our daughter completely amazed and excited to be face-to-face with her idols and favourite characters. It really is an experience for everyone, from children to adults. Perhaps the greatest emotion, though, was simply looking around us: people seemed to be going crazy with happiness! Everyone was smiling, laughing, taking photos, posing with their favourite stars and becoming children again for a few hours. That contagious happiness made the whole experience even more special. We left with huge smiles, lots of photos and some wonderful family memories. Definitely an experience not to be missed!

This was a great tour. I wish the guided devide they provide spoke more on the History, but overall was a great help in walking through each section. Please note some areas are tight and small and some have no air circulation. Bring one of those handheld fans if you think you will need it. And if you are sensitive to smells, well...hold your breathe. Also, be respectful with your choice of clothing. Woman should not be half naked, showing cleavage, showing belly button, etc. This is a place of worship. I am all for dressing for the weather, but bring something to cover up inside.

Staff were very freindly. Also helpful with my tickets issue. The atmosphere was amazing. The quality and realistic looks of the stars was stunning. A great variety of stars to cater for all tastes young and old. Spotlessly clean. The special affects were unbelievable. Did not get chance to see everything as time issue due to late train. However was still there for 1 and a half hours. Did not realize the time. Will definitely be back with more guests. Have to see it in person. Absolutely amazing experience.

Not only the wax figures but also all the other intertainment, for example 4D cinema experience and a walk through old London featuring most infamous serial killer with a very real life experience of smells, interactions for horror/true crime fans (can skip if you want). Also amazing taxi ride through London history and many more things. It was absolutely the highlight of the London trip!! Would absolutely recommend, AMAZING deal for the price - you get to experience all the worlds.

sapevo che sarebbe stata una bella esperanza, ma non mi immaginavo che avrei passato una giornata così magica. la vibe era unica, e mi ha fatta sentire speciale. le celebrità erano curate al minimo dettaglio, pelo per pelo, letteralmente! tutto bello ordinato, pulito e gestito bene. ne è valso ogni centesimo, perchè oltre alle statue di cera c'erano anche delle piccole attrazioni molto divertenti per tutta la famiglia. lo rifarei altre mille volte, grazie per questo bel museo.

My friends and I enjoyed Madame Tussaud's so much! Wr took so many nice pics! Every figure is incredible, some are like alive. I love my pics with the Princess Diana, One Directoon and James Bond guys most of all. Thank you for this amazing experience! I will recommend you to everyone I know 🥰

L'ingresso perfetto all'orario previsto. E' stato sufficiente mostrare la mail con il QR code (senza necessità di stamparla). L'Abbazia e' meravigliosa e vale sicuramente la visita. All'ingresso ci sono le cuffie che rendono ancora più interessante scoprire le curiosità!

Was a really good experience, in fact the best one in our four days in London. I would however recommend moving Starwars away from the end as after Jumanji show it was too busy to enjoy and my kids said the same. We love Star Wars btw. Very good experience.
