I missed the connection in Nappori. Quite tricky actually to understand where to change. And since there are only 2 trains per hour, I had to find another way of transportation

It was pretty easy. Booked both my ticket to my hotel from the airport and my return ticket. Went to the counter, presented my qr code and and I was given my ticket. Would use again.

Train was On time,comfortable train ride to the airport,lots of room very easy to book online tickets was agreat experience and better than getting a taxi to the airport

It was confusing that we bought our tickets and received a QR code but still needed to stop at the ticket office in order to get our actual seats and paper tickets to get through the gates. It would be better if we did not need to get in line to get paper tickets after buying tickets online . The train otherwise was good and plenty of luggage space and convenient.

I have always been impressed with Casey and of course any Japanese strain network. It was efficient. Everyone is courteous it's clean and I always love writing on the case lines the skyline was wonderful. No one keeps things as efficient as to does exceptionally professional, and with everything everything that you spend right. When I did my online reservation, I had a problem and called and the person I texted her was Suja I believe very very helpful and very kind polite, thoughtful, and considerate thank you

Cheaper than buying on site! Also even cheaper if you buy the roundtrip plus metro package, will give you access to most train lines in Tokyoz
