• This service is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• 24-inch luggage will be considered as standard size.

• Luggage larger than 24 inch and smaller than 28 inch will be considered as 2 pieces of standard luggage.

• Luggage larger than 28 inch will be considered as 3 pieces of standard luggage.

• Special items (wheelchairs, strollers, surfboards, golf equipment) will be regarded as 1 piece of extra large luggage.

• If there are more passengers or more pieces of luggage than the car can allow, the driver may refuse the service, and you will not get a refund.

• The driver will contact you in advance the day before transfer begins through Whatsapp, email or message, please ensure that the contact information you left that we could reach out to you, if you could not find the driver, the customer service will help you find him/her.

• Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID during the pick-up.

• The voucher will also contain the link to access and track your booking. Kindly use this link to get the real time updates about your ride or make changes up to 24 hours before the pickup time.

Meeting point and Driver Information

• You will shortly receive your voucher including detailed information about where and how to meet your driver. This includes contact information of the transfer company that will pick you up.

• You will receive an SMS containing the link to track the status of your ride. You will find all details such as pick up point, driver details, vehicle details by accessing this link.
