What to bring

• Bring your camera, binoculars, wind/shower-proof jacket, sun hat, sunscreen and sunglasses and seasickness medications.

What’s not allowed

• Smoking and vaping are not allowed onboard.

Accessibility

• Guests using light/manual wheelchairs can usually be accommodated if they have some mobility. There are two steps at the boarding area that guests must be able to manage (carer assistance is allowed).

• Not all areas of the vessel, including some viewing decks, are wheelchair accessible

• The main indoor area has a door sill of about 15 cm and restrooms also have a 15 cm door sill and limited space inside.

• Heavy or motorised wheelchairs are not suitable, as they cannot be lifted onboard. The maximum wheelchair width allowed onboard is 67 cm.

• Please note that your allocated seats may be released to stand-by passengers if you do not check in at least 15 minutes before departure.

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.

• If guests don’t see any dolphins or whales, they’ll receive a free return voucher for themselves and their group. There’s no expiry and can be used anytime they visit again.
