Nous avons eu la chance d'être guidés par Dee lors de notre visite de la Quinta da Regaleira à Sintra, et c'était simplement merveilleux. Dee est non seulement adorable et accueillante, mais elle possède aussi une connaissance impressionnante du lieu. Elle nous a révélé les secrets et l'histoire fascinante de ce palais énigmatique avec une passion contagieuse. De la chapelle aux puits initiatiques, en passant par les jardins mystérieux, chaque coin a pris vie grâce à ses explications détaillées et ses anecdotes captivantes. Son enthousiasme et sa bienveillance ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Elle a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions et de s'assurer que nous apprécions chaque détail architectural et historique. La Quinta da Regaleira est déjà un lieu magique en lui-même, mais avec un guide comme Dee, c'est une visite que vous ne risquez pas d'oublier. I had a great time and was able to meet tons of new people. The guide was incredibly kind, open-minded, and had great English. He took the time to get to know just about everyone and was patient with everyone's needs. He was entertaining and honestly made me laugh quite a bit whilst still being incredibly informative. From someone who is not a big fan of tours, I would do this again.

Stefano è stato davvero gentile e comprensivo: ha pazientemente atteso il nostro arrivo rallentato da problemi con il parcheggio, l'attesa si Huber, il traffico e... i limiti alla circolazione. Ci ha accompagnato nel tour con professionalità rispettando i nostri tempi e mantenendo vivo l'interesse anche dei ragazzi.

Zunächst hatten die Tickets die der Guide für unsere Gruppe hatte leider eine falsche Uhrzeit, so dass unserer Gruppe kein Einlass gewährt wurde. Bei wem der Buchungsfehler passiert ist, konnten wir nicht feststellen. Unser Guide war aber sehr bemüht und hat uns angeboten, zu der späteren Zeit mit uns die Tour zu machen. Die Tour selber war sehr informativ und lustig gestaltet! Sehr individuell auf alle Fragen eingegangen, keine Führung wie vom Fließband.

Teníamos muchas ganas de conocer la historia del Pozo iniciático de quinta da regaleira y nos trasladamos desde Sesimbra para conocerlo. Elegir una visita guiada en español para ello fue un gran acierto. Francisco es un guía estupendo, está muy formado y nos acompañó a recorrer todos los rincones de esa maravillosa finca mientras nos contaba su historia. Se nos hizo cortísimo. Muy recomendable.

After a warm welcome and brief introduction, your group will head through the entry gates to begin a captivating 2-hour journey through mystery, history, and symbolism.

Stroll through lush gardens, secret tunnels, and ornate palace interiors while learning about the legends and philosophies woven into every stone. What to bring

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and carry a windbreaker.

Pack your sunhat, sunglasses, SPF, and water bottle to beat the heat, especially during summer.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that drones, suitcases, trolleys, large backpacks, and luggage are not allowed in this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Shutterbugs, take note: Tripods and flash photography are a no-go inside the venue.

Additional information

If you can, avoid driving into Sintra; the streets are narrow, parking is limited, and traffic can be challenging, especially in peak season.

Children aged 6-17 years and seniors older than 65 years can get discounted tickets at Quinta da Regaleira, but note that tickets sell out fast.

Should you drive, park in Sintra town center and enjoy the 30-minute scenic walk to Quinta da Regaleira. Public transport is your best bet to get to Quinta stress-free.
