In a city filled with "Can't misses" this one takes one of the very top prizes. The location is stunning, but the the key to this gem is realizing how early Peggy Guggenheim was to recognize artistic geniuses, and how her relationships with them allowed her to have the best of hte best. This collection is especially wonderful for students because it is thoroughtly engaging and very manageable in size.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Guggenheim museum. The ticket office was very friendly and even pointed out that I could have saved a few bucks if I purchased the tickets directly from them . Well designed space to see paintings inside and out ! Thanks.

Fabulous collection, we'll laid out. I highly recommend buying the short guide, sit in the café and have an Aperol Spritz while you read it. Going to the gallery with your head full of information makes it a great experience.
