Mount Batur Sunrise Trek with Guide, Breakfast & Hotel Transfers

We really enjoyed our Mount Batur sunrise tour and would definitely recommend the experience. We made good time on the hike and managed to get a front-row bench at the top, where we watched the sun rise above a beautiful sea of clouds. The views were spectacular, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the moment and take photos before heading back down. It was a lovely experience and well worth the early start. The logistics were very well organised, and we were particularly impressed with our driver, Putra. He arrived on time (at 2:15 am), spoke very good English and was friendly, courteous and professional throughout. We had a enjoyable conversation during the long drive to Mount Batur. One of our children accidentally left their iPhone in the car, and when Putra collected us after the hike, he immediately returned it to us, something we really appreciated. Our experience with the guide who accompanied us up Mount Batur was a little more mixed. He was friendly and well-intentioned, but communication was sometimes quite difficult due to the language barrier. At times our party became quite spread out along the trail, and we would have appreciated a little more attention to keeping the group together, as well as some guidance on the more difficult sections of the route on the way back down.

Il trekking sul Monte Batur è davvero un esperienza particolare e carateristica che non si vede ovunque. La guida è stata gentilissima e disponibile, si fermava ogni volta che qualcuno del gruppo aveva bisogno di una pausa, per questo ringrazio molto Rina per tutte le foto e i video che ci ha fatto e fatto fare. Nel tour è compreso il driver che viene a prenderti in hotel e ti riporta alla fine dell'attività, Wardana è stato il nostro driver, disponibile, informato e molto professionale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, consigliatissimo.

Everything went as it was planned. Our driver Bayu was very professional. He picked up us on time. Our guide Lisyta was very helpful. She always check if we are okay during the tour. The service that they provided was perfect! It is important to mentioned that as per our opinion the tour is not family friendly as there are difficult parts during the hiking.

We had a great time! They provided pick up which was on time. We got our own private guide. We made it to the top in 1,5 hour and had to wait for the sun to come up. The guide took lot of photos of us so we "would remember forever". When we got back around 8 in the morning our driver was waiting for is and drove us safely home, thanks alit!
