The guide we had on the bus was phenomenal. His experience and knowledge were second to none. We followed his recommendations for the day and it worked out brilliantly. We were able to see absolutely everything and a rocket launch from the bleachers. Brilliant.

Great communication prior to day of the event. The tour guide Mauricio was fantastic with great recommendations that helped us see everything we wanted to and maximize our time. Kennedy needs to update Artemis 2 info and fix their simulators. Most of the sims were out of order in the Atlantis building. The best two attractions were the space launch experience in Atlantis and the hyper deck VR experience in the iMAX building. Second floor of Gateway was really good too Super fun. Bus ride was excellent and comfortable. I was very impressed with all parts of the transportation side of the trip.

I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Frood and Bonnie from Gray Line Orlando, who assisted us on bus 141. They were both very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire tour. Their punctuality, helpfulness, and friendly attitude made our experience much more enjoyable and comfortable. We especially appreciated the care they showed us and the way they paid attention to every detail. Their outstanding service truly contributed to making our tour a wonderful experience. I can truly say that the Atlantis reveal in the theater and walking up close was breathtaking! I cannot wait to bring my family and let them experience the wonders of science, exploration, and discovery for themselves. Everyone was wonderfully helpful and I left with many unbelievable memories.

What to bring

Bring a camera to capture all of the amazing sights.

Visitors may bring backpacks and soft-sided coolers into the visitor complex. Food and beverages packed in small, soft-sided coolers are permitted. Glass bottles or containers are not permitted. Beer is for sale at select locations and no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Additional information

With your general admission tickets, you can visit the Gantry at LC-39, the newest addition to Kennedy Space Center.

For security, all bags are subject to search.

If your scheduled tour date becomes a rocket launch, please contact us, as regular packages may not be permitted (launch dependent).

Your guide/driver will assist with transportation but won't accompany you inside the Visitor Complex.

The Holidays in Space show takes place nightly at 6:50pm from December 21-30 (excluding Christmas Day) at the Rocket Garden.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up.

If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification.

Wait outside the pick-up point as the guides will not go into lobbies or stores to look for you.
