The Uber boat crew were quite professional and supportive and made the cruise relaxing and enjoyable. Also very beautiful sights to behold along the Thames River. Overall, cruise was beautiful and myself and my family look forward to using this transportation medium over and over again

The one day pass allows you to enjoy the city and combine your trip with other highlights. We took the ferry to Putney and visited the Wimbledon Museum. On the way back we had dinner at Greenich.

It was a really enjoyable ride. The hop on hop off experience was wonderful as it was used to travel around and get back. It was also very relaxing and a great day out.

It's was a nice way to see the river at night. Unfortunately crowded and very rude people onboard. Staff did a good job of dealing with people standing on seats etc.

C'est vraiment sympa de prendre le forfait sur la journée, ça permet de voir bien la ville, c'est mieux que d'utiliser le métro et Londres la nuit est vraiment magnifique

It is a great experience to be able to go down the river and hop on an hop off. There are great views and things to see. For our boat, there was a timing issue and several boats were delayed. Then when we got on, it stopped at a different endpoint and turned around and we had to wait for 3 different boats to get on. Also, the tickets were not clear and one worker could not even verify if we had the right ticket. Lots of confusion. Plus, boats were not air conditioned and the windows were so dirty you cold not

Child policy: Children aged 4 and under travel free, but a ticket is still required.

Age restriction: Only guests aged 18 and above can join the River Bus Comedy Night.

Validity: Tickets are valid for any sailing on the selected date within the chosen zones.

Multi-sailing tickets: Tickets for 2 sailings are valid only within the same zones and selected piers.

Availability: Some services, including The O2 Post-show Express and special sailings, operate only on select dates.

Greenwich departures: Tours from the Visitor Centre depart hourly at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm.
