What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID (ID Card, Driver License, Passport for foreigners, or Student ID) to match the name on your booking and present it at the Batam Adventure Park counter.

• Show your mobile ticket at the ticketing counter for entry.

What’s not allowed

• Tickets are only valid for the selected date and must be booked under the name of the participant; entry will not be granted otherwise.

• Only the guest named on the booking is permitted to use the ticket.

• Pets are not permitted within the park.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
