Castel Gandolfo was a wonderful tour! However, Headout did not give clear directions for the Garden tour. We asked all over the Plaza and no one knew anything about our trip. Finally the ticket office found a driver to take us for only 1/2 hour instead of an hour! Good for them. Not for Headout tho

I really enjoyed the tour with Rita! She was funny, informative, and did a great job of herding all of us. The earpieces were also great! I wish we could have spent a little more time inside since we ended a bit early.

Georgia was brilliant with us and very informative. She made the whole tour very relaxed and interesting and answered all the questions we had. She also took care afterwards to help the whole group of different families to decide where they wished to go next. This tour was the highlight of our Rome trip

Definitely avoided the queues to enter the Vatican museums. Our guide was very knowledgeable and managed to keep our group together which certainly wasn't easy given the amount of visitors.

Tour guide was fantastic. The mic supplied wasnt the right microphone for the tour however, it was very muffled and unclear. But the tour was great. Really enjoyed it.

Very knowledgeable passionate guide Francesco. Venue was very hot, overcrowded and no option to exit early. No access to refilling drinking water throughout 3+ hour tour through museum and chapel.

During the Jubilee Year, some sections of the Vatican Museums may be closed for religious ceremonies. Access to St. Peter’s Basilica may also be restricted without prior notice.

The Vatican reserves the right to close the Sistine Chapel at short notice for institutional events.

Transportation to and from Castel Gandolfo from Rome is not included. Guests should plan their own travel via car, bus, or train.
