As I had a horrible experience at FCO Airport, the Plaza Premium Lounge made the experience a lot better to deal with. The Lounge was spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks were good and plentiful. This is definitely 1 of my highlights in Italy. I would recommend to friends and family. I would also use again myself.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities very good. Food was fine and drinks lovely. Had a shower and there was everything you need for a shower and to Freshen up.

Such a lovely spacious lounge with comfortable seating, great charging stations, sort of sleep pods also, with great selection of food and drink. All colleagues where lovely and couldn't be more helpful. 1000/10 service. Worth the money .

Really pleasant experience overall. The food was good, staff were friendly, and the lounge was clean. Only minor gripe is the seating could use a refresh.

Solid lounge. Nothing blew me away but everything was above average - good snacks, reliable Wi-Fi, and it was noticeably quieter than the main terminal.

The lounge was over booked and crowded. Food and drinks included limited. The attendant knocked on the door when I was having a shower, even though I had booked.

Getting settled

After landing, head to the Schengen Area of Terminal 1 Departures at Rome Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport. Present your booking confirmation and travel documents at the entrance, then check in to take your seat.
