The bus is comfortable and the tour guide explain well,,very nice experience and worth it the prize..love the lights in KL,,instead of rooming around individually,,saves us time and we can tour the tourist distination in one ride only..thank you KL and the hoho bus,,,feeling lobe in KL i been to may asian country the best here in Malaysia KL..i will recommend ypur hoho bus.

Good vehicle and commentary. You need to improve: -timeliness. We had to be there 15 mins early but you bumped us in to a bus that left 15 mins late although we were 1/2 hr early. -you need to be explicit with regards to the need to pick up tickets and buses will be allocated on when the tickets are bought rather than on allocated time. -you need to organise the loading better. Being pushed and shoved while have racist abuse levelled at us was offensive. You need to do a better job of crowd control.

It was very difficult to hear the tour guide, and I thought there would be a lot more talk about the history of Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia. There wasn't much of any information given and it was mainly driving around looking at the different buildings. The city does look nice at night.
