We had a wake-up call 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time. The staff had everything under control. Raincoats were sold. We were lucky. The rain stopped at takeoff. The illuminated buildings at night were beautiful, and we were able to take lots of photos.

This is my second time taking the Hop On Hop Off from Sungai Wang Plaza, and overall it’s still a fun and unique way to explore the city. I love the chance to enjoy the sights from a different perspective. Just a few small things I hope can be improved: when the conductor goes downstairs, some passengers tend to take outside seats freely, so maybe this part can be monitored better to keep it fair for everyone. The bus windows could also be cleaned more regularly so photos and videos from inside come out clearer. Lastly, I noticed some foreign visitors walking or standing while the bus was moving and it might be helpful if a conductor stayed upstairs to remind them. Other than that, it’s still a nice experience and I look forward to riding again!

im a local, ive been to many hop on hop off in other countries and i think the hop on hop off should have room for improvement. 1. i notice foreigners dont understand English. so i saw them translating via their phones from English to Chinese. 2. the bus has no audio translation. it needs this. 3. the guide only speaks certain area. there were so many places we covered but it was not mentioned. too many pauses. 4. the bus is dirty. aircond needs service. 5. the tour was half an hour early. 6. i notice one of the bus driver were rude to foreigner - made them out of a joke - then the rest of the bus clan laughed. 7. the experience was a bit boring. p

a fun experience. the management's action of limiting passengers for each bus is highly commendable. If it's crowded, it must not be fun. the route is also interesting and staff is also friendly.
