Accessibility

Some of the buses are wheelchair accessible. This means wheelchair users can only board buses equipped with a footboard and dedicated space.

Passengers with wheelchairs are required to secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is in motion. The wheelchair must be locked with its brakes and placed in the designated space.

The service provider allows only one wheelchair on the bus at a time.

To book the night tour included in the 72-hour ticket, reservations must be made on board the bus at the time of ticket conversion.

Small and medium-sized pets in leashes, muzzles, and pet carriers are allowed.

Note: The 1-day pass is valid for one calendar day, whereas the 24-hour pass is valid for 24 hours from the time of activation.
