Last week

We never waited for a bus on the red line and on the blue line more than 5 minutes. Very happy! Our QR code wasn't working but the employees were very helpful and gave us a new QR code that was working. We really enjoyed the rides.

it was true that you can hop on anytime, you bjust have to get to the info point in any major spots and they tell you where to stop, i wished it was more mobility reduced user friendly tho

The hop-on hop-off tour was the perfect way for us to see a lot of Barcelona in a short amount of time; the stops are clearly marked and the buses run frequently, so we never had to wait long. There was a slight issue with the HeadOut voucher when we boarded—the bus company employee got an error message when scanning the QR code. Even after contacting Headout via chat and receiving a new voucher, the QR code still didn’t work. Fortunately, the bus employee was super friendly and went the extra mile for us by contacting her supervisor internally so we could still start our day.
