I booked a Big Bus tour around Athens through the Headout website and was very satisfied. The price of the tour was twice as cheap as what the sellers near the bus were offering. In the Headout app, a QR code appeared, which was scanned without any problems at the counter in front of the bus, and they printed the ticket.

Service is great, the ticket people in the brown jackets were very helpful. The only issue we had was at the beginning of our first trip, stop number 13 our headphones did not work. I had to ask someone else on the bus if they could hear anything. So we missed the first bit of information from that area

It's worth it, ideal for seniors. I went with my parents and we managed to balance walking and riding the bus! There are many buses and they arrive quickly at the stops too! The Portuguese audio doesn't have all the stories that the Spanish does. I recommend listening in Spanish until the Portuguese audio is 100% translated with the stories.
