I really liked that the routes opened up our horizon to different places we never even thought of visiting. It was accessible and employees were very nice and history was very interesting, but sometimes it started too early before we got to see the view it was talking about. Also had issues with the app where it shows when the buss will arrive at the specific station but it never matched nor it gave accurate time as to when it will come. Once it did not come at all and the app did not have that information. Overall good experience

Headout did an excellent job. However, the ticket window at Santa Croce didn't open until 9:35 a.m. There were about twenty of us waiting in the cold—from around 9:00 or 9:15 a.m. Too bad.
