Audio guide played the same text two/three times. Quality of recording is basic, not commensurate with the price. Bus driver often drove jerkily. Support team on site was a little haphazard. Conclusion 1 out of 5 at this price

The instructions about the meeting point were extremely confusing. In the email I got an address and two street view screenshots, all 3 of them point ing at a different location around the Viennese Opera house. In the email it was also said that I have to exchange my voucher for a ticket at the redemption point. We ended up just asking the staff at what seemed to be one of the regular hop on-hop off busses, hoping they would know where is the meeting point and/or the ticket redemption point. It turned out, that was the bus for the night-tour (had no any kind of signs saying so), and no ticket redemption was necessary at all. The timing of the audio guide pointing out the famous sights, was quite off several times, which is probably to be expected based on how heavy is the traffic in the city, but if this was my first or one and only time in the city I would have been utterly confused. The highlight of the whole tour was definitely the soundengineering decision to put two gunshot sound effects after the audioguide mentions the assassination of Franz Ferdinand.

The bus driver could be friendlier or the team there if you don't know your way around and aren't even from here! Never experienced anything so bad, unfriendly and unmotivated, you immediately lose the trip
