Booked onto the red tour and were initially told that 2 stops were closed due to a football match taking place. However at the point where the routes diverge we ended up on the blue tour. It seemed that the rest of the red tour was shut. Having spoken to the guides at the end of the trip they extended our ticket for the next day so that we could actually do the tour we wanted. Full marks for customer service.

Despite a very slow and rocky start, I did enjoy the tour once it got going. There were plenty of buses and tour narrative was good. I started my tour in the AM at Galataport. There was a problem with one of the buses. I waited 1 hour for a new bus, some waited 2 hours. The crew gave little info as to what was going on. The communication and language barrier was very frustrating
