    Getting there

    Hell's Museum is located near an MRT station, making it easily accessible for visitors. Present your ticket at the museum entrance inside Haw Par Villa. Mobile tickets are accepted.

    What's not allowed:

    • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.

    • Pets cannot tag along for this experience.

    • Audiovisual recording and note-taking are strictly not permitted during video displays.

    Additional information:

    • This experience is not recommended for children below the age of 9 due to sensitive and explicit content.

    • Child ticket is required for children aged 7-12 years old.

    • Free for children aged 6 and under.

    • Estimated Duration: 2-4 hours.

    • The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm (last entry 5pm), and closed on Mondays except public holidays.

    • Guided tours are available for ticket holders at set times and require additional registration at the Reception Counter.

    • These tickets are strictly non-refundable and the management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
