What to bring

• All guests aged 18 and above must present a valid physical ID or passport at check-in; printed or digital copies are not accepted.

• Infants under 2 traveling on an adult’s lap must provide valid identification, such as a passport or birth certificate.

What’s not allowed

• Guests who appear intoxicated may be denied service without a refund.

• Weapons, ammunition, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items, lithium batteries, and propane are strictly prohibited unless approved in advance by law.

Accessibility

• For aircraft safety and weight regulations, guests weighing more than 275 lbs (125 kg) must purchase an additional seat.

• All passengers are weighed at check-in to ensure proper aircraft weight distribution.

• Check in at least 30 minutes before departure; late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund.

• Seating is assigned after check-in based on aircraft weight balance, so members of the same party may not sit together.
