She was incredibly fun, engaging, and full of energy, and you could immediately tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about Harry Potter. We didn’t just see great locations, we also learned so many fascinating details about the author and her writing process, which made the whole experience feel even more magical and unique. Hazel’s personality truly made the tour special. She was so kind, charming, and welcoming, and she created such a great atmosphere for everyone in the group.
