I received an email that my reservation would be processed within a couple of hours, but hours later, the status stayed pending and no ticket was issued. I contacted the support team, who mentioned that it would be issued in another couple of hours, but still it was not issued. Eventually, I was able to process the reservation and the ticket was issued, but I was concerned because this was my first time using this website.
