There were 6 of us (three brothers with spouses) and we booked the visit to the Royal Palace and Gardens of Caserta. Our guide Walter was really good, very professional , knowledgeable and very engaging. The 2 hours of the visit flew by among beautiful rooms, paintings and architecture to admire and understand clearly and also in a nice way with the telling of some very funny anecdotes. Truly a wonderful experience !A heartfelt thanks to Walter. Vincenza and siblings from Milan

Beautiful experience. Our guide, Walter, took us through the tour telling us many curious anecdotes with enthusiasm, cheerfulness and passion. His passion for history, epics and art captured my and my 12-year-old daughter's attention throughout the tour. Highly recommended tour.

Splendid Reggia and beautiful Park. Rooms full of a thousand artistic, historical and architectural details. Very pleasant park with possibility of bike rental or use of shuttle (A/R of 2.5 Euro/person). All perfect. The place is amazing and worthy of the most illustrious international sites. Excellent services, staff present, knowledgeable and friendly. It is a must-see place. It takes over two hours to visit the garden, be careful on sunny days. . There is a cafe inside with self-service at moderate prices. Book tickets online with guided tour(recommended).
  • Gear up to explore the grandeur of Europe’s largest palace! Designed by Luigi Vanvitelli in 1774, the Royal Palace of Caserta is a masterpiece of opulence, often compared to Versailles and Royal Palace of Madrid.

    Get a taste of royalty

Your journey starts at the Palatine Chapel, with its stunning frescoes. Ascend the grand staircase, with its 116 marble steps and statues that give you a royal welcome. On the upper floor, see the Throne Room, Astrea Room’s celestial motifs, and the Four Seasons Room, where art meets nature. With your guide’s insights, each room reveals stories beyond its beauty.

    Conclude at the Kings apartments

End your journey in the opulent apartments of Joachim Murat, Napoleon’s brother-in-law, and former King of Naples. These lavish rooms gives us a glimpse into the royal lifestyle of the past, all while your guide peppers the experience with fun, historical anecdotes. The tour concludes with a stroll through the palace’s vast gardens, a perfect way to relax after your deep dive into history.
