the event itself was excellent. The Headout app experience was poor! The app crashed three hours before the event and tickets could not be accessed. Fortunately the guide had enough information to verify our booking. Headout sent me a text with a link to the tickets over five hours AFTER the event. I am inclined not to use Headout again and have uninstalled the app.

To really get the most of the visit of the Picasso museum, I strongly recommend to use a guide. Our guide booked through Headout was excellent! Knowledgeable with great explanation. Strongly recommend this guide, unfortunately I do not remember the name.

I bought the tour in Spanish and it was spoken in English the whole time. The guide arrived late and it took half an hour before he started

Our guide, Ruth, really made this visit special. She was an excellent communicator and was very knowledgeable about the paintings. She also made her talk interactive eg. by asking us questions about what we thought the pictures were trying to convey. She also helped us sort out a problem with our ticket which we hadn't understood included an audio guide.

Really enjoyed the passion of the tour guide and his depth knowledge . My only issue was the extraneous noise from the other visitors that were picked up on his microphone which made hearing challenging at times .
