The tour itself went great. The guide was easy to understand, provided plenty of info about the sights, and adapted to our requests. Taking off one star was necessary because our booking was forgotten. I can't say whether it was a system error or an oversight by Headout or the agency. After I contacted the local agency, they quickly and kindly arranged a driver and guide for us. We didn't have to miss out on anything; the tour was just pushed back by two hours.

Our guide took really great photos. We just had a little trouble understanding his English. We had an amazing time at both the museum and the Giza Pyramids. Most importantly, we felt safe throughout the tour. Thank you!
