It's wonderful to be picked up by a tour-support-driver, at the hotel you're staying at; no fuss with organising other people to adept to adept to your needs: the tour starts at your door-step. The guide was knowlegable, many questions could be asked, and a real PLUS: his photos were fantastic. An additional extra were the tours on offer: carriage-ride, visiting two local shops providing insights into papyrus-fabrication and the use of essential oils.

We had a wonderful experience with our guide during our visit to the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the entire tour. She explained everything clearly and made the history of ancient Egypt truly fascinating and easy to understand. A special mention goes to her excellent Italian: she spoke it perfectly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and comfortable for us. We highly recommend her to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a great guide.

With a private guide, moving between attractions was easy and seamless, with no significant loss of time. Be careful, however, about the guide’s suggestions for places outside the booked attractions (Papyrus Museum, spice & perfume production). Just politely decline those.

Simply EXCELLENT—the service provided by our guide, Ali Mansy, was spectacular; he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about Egyptian history. What I want to highlight is THE RELIABLE SERVICE—EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. I will definitely stay in touch to return to Egypt and other parts of the world where they offer tours, because TRUST IS PRICELESS....!!!! And Headout provides excellent service. We visited the GEM with Mohammed yesterday. The museum was truly spectacular and impressive. Our tour guide explained everything really well. We felt very comfortable as a family. Mohammed speaks excellent German and, despite his young age, has an enormous amount of knowledge. We highly recommend this package. The transfer was also very punctual, and the driver was very nice. 5 stars!!

We decided to take this tour with a private guide so we could add a couple of extra stops. Our local guide, Manal, got in touch the day before to confirm everything (the time and meeting place). She was punctual and well-prepared to lead our group on a tour of the sites we’d chosen. She was friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had. Always smiling and ready to snap a few group photos for us to make our day unforgettable. We can’t thank her enough for giving us such a magical experience.
