Getting to the museum was easy and pleasant, but the galleries were poorly marked, and at least two or three of them were closed for renovations...and those were the most interesting ones to see.

The tour guide was late. He was not prepared and ready and he is annoyed when asked. He is also rude with the older gentleman when he keep on asking if he is going with us past the skipped line.

Was very organized I ask for my ticket on mail very fast response, I received it via mail and I enter at the Luvru museum at exact timing I had on my ticket. Thank you so much other way I wouldn't visit the Luvru museum ,on other sites all booked for the date I wanted and more expensive. I highly recommend if ur stay it's short in Paris, this company!🙏🙂

Since we had reserved a specific time slot (9:30 a.m.), we only had to wait in line for a maximum of 25 minutes. The museum is definitely worth a visit. But in the end, the sheer number of exhibits is a bit overwhelming.

I think it’s a real shame that the electronic guide was only available in English, especially since AI makes it very easy to provide translations into German or other languages. The tickets weren’t available 24 hours in advance, so it was no longer possible to print them out. The link to the e-ticket wasn’t available at check-in. The Louvre Wi-Fi wasn’t available at check-in either. Only after leaving the check-in area was the Louvre Wi-Fi accessible and the tickets available. That’s not what I call professionalism!

Unfortunately, the information in the email and on the tickets was different. The app didn't display the tickets. I had to resubmit the request via AI. Not really great. In the end, there was no clear explanation. All in all, the reservation was too expensive, since we ended up paying 69 euros for two people, even though the listed ticket price was 22 euros each. But the museum is incredible!

I was not able to get my family in to the louvre without Headout's support. We did a day trip to Paris and my girl - who is just learning about Mona Lisa - shared it was her number one thing to see. I foolishly thought you could buy day of but was shutdown and only thanks to Headout were we able to go and fulfill her dream. They made it easy and stress free. Grateful.

I enjoyed the experience. I didn't like the organization: the agreed-upon entry time was 9:30 a.m., but the ticket said 10:00 a.m. An audio guide was promised at the time of payment, but the staff refused to provide one.

It was just a ticket to the Louvre, and I ended up paying 20 euros more than I would have at the ticket office! The only tickets left for my date were these expensive ones—no extras! That’s one way to make money!
