Meet your guide at the designated meeting point, where your reserved seat ticket will be handed to you. Exact directions to the meeting point are shared one week before your tour date.

What's not allowed
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the arena. Food is available for purchase from vendors within.

Wheelchair storage is available on the first floor, but seats are on the second floor. Guests must be able to climb stairs independently or with help from a travel companion.

Strollers are welcome. Infants aged 1 to 3 are free of charge as long as they do not occupy a seat and sit on a parent's lap.

There may be a short wait before seating, as entry is permitted only after all ongoing sumo matches have concluded.
