Guests under 16 years must accompanied by a guardian with valid tickets or passes at all times.

You can disembark at Chin Swee Station but keep your ticket to continue your journey on the cable car to the SkyAvenue Station or Awana Station.

Each passenger can take along one aircraft cabin-size bag on the gondola, measuring 22in x 14in x 9in.

The complimentary shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from 10am to 6pm, with pick-up/drop-off at Chin Swee Skyway Station and Chin Swee Caves Temple Hotel Lobby.

The operating hours for Chin Swee Skyway Station are from 9:30am to 7:30pm. Gondola doors will remain closed before 9:30m and after 7:30pm.

Due to expected congestion at the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets station, guests may use the same QR code to board the Genting Gohtong Jaya Cable Car. Please note that this route does not stop at Chin Swee Caves Temple.

Visitors not staying overnight are advised to use the Gohtong Jaya station for easier access to the resort.
